Has your favorite candle burned down, but you hate to throw away the beautiful glass or ceramic jar? Arnika Workshop embraces a philosophy of sustainability, conscious consumption, and circularity (Zero Waste)! We offer a wax refill service to give your favorite vessels a new lease on life, time and time again.

What containers do we accept for refilling?
We offer two main refill options:

Arnika’s own jars: You can return any container from our candles after they’ve burned down, and we will refill it with fresh wax and your choice of fragrance at a discounted price.

Your own containers: We are happy to refill your own glass tumblers, ceramic bowls, vintage candle holders, or plaster vessels (including those from other brands). The main requirement is that the materials must be heat-resistant and safe for reheating.

Choosing wax, wick, and fragrance
When ordering a refill, you get to choose the components of your future candle:

Wax type: 100% natural soy wax or 100% pure beeswax (we do not use paraffin). Fragrance selection: Choose any scent from our existing range (including the authentic Transcarpathian-inspired collection: "Bosorkanya," "Shityminya," "Varosh," "Chichka," and "Ruzha") or opt for an unscented candle.

Wick type: Classic eco-friendly cotton wick or a wooden wick that offers a cozy crackling sound.

How to order a refill?
Cleaning: You can send us the vessel either cleaned or with old wax residue—we will professionally prepare it for the new pour.

Cost calculation: The price is calculated individually based on the amount of wax required (in grams) and the chosen fragrance (this is significantly cheaper than purchasing a brand-new candle).

Delivery: Send the vessel to us via Nova Poshta (or drop it off at our workshop in Uzhhorod), and receive your refreshed, ready-to-use candle back within a few days.
